Is 18 Kippu sold at Chubu Centrair?

I'm arriving to Japan on the 31st March, the last day possible to buy the 18 kippu.

The japan-guide page simply states that any JR station will sell them, but I read elsewhere that I need to go to a proper JR ticket office. Nagoya Airport has the “Central Japan Travel Center”, would they sell kippus there? It’s already a month into the kippu season and I’m worried they may sell out or run out of stock or something. I will also be stopping at Kanayama Station, but there is no official JR ticket office there and, even if there were, it’d be closed by the time I arrive.

They do not run out or go out of stock. They are not a limited ticket.

Seishin 18 Kippu is sold at major JR stations and branches of major travel agencies around Japan.

Central Japan Travel Center is a branch of JTB, the largest travel agency in Japan, therefore it is very likely that they sell Seishin 18 Kippu there.

However it is the last day of sale for the spring, so you might better contact (by telephone) them to keep one for you on 31st March.
