Stop off in between Hiroshima and Tokyo

Does anyone have a recommendation for a stop off in between Hiroshima and Tokyo on my way back up for my flight home. I realised I've made a mistake on the days and now Have a spare night.
I'll have the rail pass and will already have been in Tokyo Osaka Kyoto Nara Hiroshima and surrounding area . I was going to go to himeji as a quick stop off on the way down but could maybe do a night here on the way back up unless anyone has a better idea ?
