Bicycle rental at Yoyogi Park

I will be in Tokyo next January and would like to know the exact location of a bicycle rental shop in Yoyogi Park. Can anyone help me with this?

I think you only need a credit card to register. There are also other ways to rent them though. But credit card is the most convenient.

Go to renting office (サイクルセンター : cycle center).
You can use street-view to see.

But, why this park?
Cycling course is not so long and you cannot go to out of park.
Exactly, no problem if for practicing small childrens, though.

Although it is a bit away from mid Tokyo area, the cycling course of
the "Showa Memorial(kinen) Park" is about 8 times of Yoyogi park,
1 lap is 14 km long and 3 renting offices(also called "cycle center") with.

It is doubtful whether you can enjoy it in winter
bc there are few trees vivid green and flowers at any park in Japan.
In winter Tokyo, feels colder by dry air(lower humid) days a lot.
