Hyperdia is your friend; you can get there with the first Skyliners, which arrive around 6:30~7:30.

Alternatively, spend the night at a hotel in Narita city, or even in the airport if that's your thing.

Does the airline site write "What time must I check in?"
I think that it will be in time even by around 7:00 am by trains.

Trains are safer than buses, as traffic conditions.
There is no traffic jam on the road to the airport,
but if a big traffic accident happens, you may not reach NRT by check-in limit.

Can not change the accommodation?
What is the budget for transportation expenses?

@Firas has the answer as usual. Get yourselves to Ueno and Keisei Skyliner 1 or 3 will have you in Narita by 7 am. For example, route 2 from this hyperdia search https://goo.gl/ATu1AN and Skyliner 3 http://www.keisei.co.jp/keisei/tetudou/skyliner/us/ae_timetable/index....
Best to buy your ticket in advance to reduce the rush on the day. Remember that Keisei Ueno station is separate from the JR station https://goo.gl/J9dCsD

Get yourselves to Ueno

Or Nippori. It seems about the same, but maybe someone with more intimate knowledge of the involved connections can tell which one is best...

Near what station on which line is your Akasaka accommodation?

For route finding tools (e.g. HyperDia, Jorudan) to work for you,
your starting point needs to be located.

I recommend you do not rely only on the fastest route.
When you leave your accommodation to fit in with the fastest connection,
in a case where the railway operation happens to be delayed much or suspended,
you may miss your flight.

dont mind leaving super early

What is the date?
On a weekday morning,
before catching a train for Narita Airport,
you may encounter commuters' rush and get caught in crowds.

Which terminal is your flight scheduled to use?
