Lake Toya to Sapporo

Hi all
I am planning a trip to Hokaiddo in the coming Golden week. I was looking at my travel iternary and have 1 problem. I will be Niseko for some time. From there I want to visit to Lake toya and then head back to Sapporo. Can somebody please tell me how to go to Lake Toya from Niseko and to Sapporo from Lake toya in the cheapest way ( because I will be travelling on a limited budget ;P )
