April 4 Cherry Blossoms in Tokyo 2018/3/24 14:05
We will arrive on April 4th in Tokyo which is after the best viewing period. How likely can we still see a good amount of cherry blossoms? Can you suggest where we should go in Tokyo for cherry blossoms (April 4 to 9)? Thanks in advance.

If there is no strong wind and rain, you may be able to experience the very tail of the main season. If not, then the advice on the following page should be useful:

Lake Okutama looks the best. Full bloom on Apr 4 and Sakura blizzard on Apr 10.
