Naturalization Certificate 2018/3/26 19:29
I got naturalized last month. I need to surrender the current passport to embassy of my country in Tokyo.
They asked me to bring the Copy of Naturalization Certificate attested by Notary/MoFA.
Which document can be treated as Naturalization Certificate from below?
1.帰化の身分証明書(Identity proof of Naturalization) received from Homukyoku.
2. 戸籍謄本(Family register) received from city office.
3. 帰化受理証明書(Naturalization acceptance certificate) received from city office.
Anybody attested Family register by MoFA?
Please let me if anybody has knowledge about it.

I have never needed to attest - but wouldn`t your embassy tell you which documwent they accept for this purpose?
