sakura status in Kyoto, 7th of April

As we are all seeing, the sakura in Kyoto is right now (as of 30th April) are in the full bloom and this year is also quite early compared to many recent years.
Can anyone estimate the status of the bloom on the 7th April in Kyoto from his/her experience? given that the weather forecast predict good weather next week. How likely will I see hanafubuki (flower blizzard) at that time? Or it more likely to be the over of the season there?
