Applying visa after denied landing 2018/3/31 20:06
Someone i know was denied landing in japan because he didnft have a visa, he had no criminal records. He was told he could go back to japan after applying for a visa. However in his paper work it says deportation order and according to google that is a 5 years ban.

His passport is clean, there was no stamp, there was no letter that says he is ban either. He was given a flowchart of denied landing procedures not deportation procedures.

We googled around for deportation order and they all quoted article 24 of japan immigrstion control act while his paper work didnft mention article 24 at all.

We are already looking for gyoseisoshi help but we thought somone here who have been denied landing or deported could share their experiences?

If you were banned did they give you a letter or stamp that shows it?

if your denied entry into any country . you face deportation..

it may not be on your passport but the information is on the immigration system.
according to japanese law: he will ban for 5years.
contact embassy for better information.
