Hi!
We're heading to Mt Fuji coming from Kyoto / Osaka. Estimated that we'll arrive at the area around 12 noon, does it still offer a good view of Mt Fuji during this time?
Is it also worth going to Subaru Fifth Station?

Which date? It can not be judged by time zone only, bc the height of sun change every day, in summer will be highest, blur/not clear days usual by humidity air and fewest snow on top. https://i.imgur.com/yFZOr5l.jpg
