Is this a standing ticket?

The fanmeeting will be held in Yokohama Arena and I have just received my ticket yesterday.

And the ticket says スタンド 東 10列 110番. is this the seat at the end of the roof?:(

It is a seat, on the third floor. You can see where it says "stand" and "east" on the seating map.

Yr seat is the closest the roof, height is 4th floor.

The photographer in the photo is standing in the passage of btw 5th and 6th rows.

If you may miss the last train (especially the Shinkansen) as you will not be able to return,
you should ask about "exit regulation" in advance ASAP before the event starts.
("exit regulation" = 規制退場 kisei-taijou)
Although this is not "YokoAri(arena)" note that means "it will take 1 hour" until the last audience groups out.

In the case of YokoAri, it will not take so long, but you will get packed again at the rail station,
