Hi!
i am here again to ask more info for my russian fiance,finally we got informations how to get marry in Japan
but some point are not clears.For example,she can come in Japan as tourist visa and with the proper documentation and get marry in my shyakujyou where i am registered??And she have the right to get " spouse visa" and living with me in Japan??i dont know why but the make me so confused for that,they even told me,they we have to get marry in our own Country and get back in Japan!!
Any suggestions?

Spouse visas are only for people married to Japanese citizens. If I read it correctly, you are not Japanese. In that case, she would get a Dependent visa. Provided you are married, and you have a stable income and job, then I think it is no problem to apply for it.
