Bubblegum crisis areas Tokyo?

Hi
Been watching the old anime Bubblegum crisis and will be visiting Tokyo next week.
I think the series take place in Tokyo but are there any areas that are more or less inspired or like the cool cyberpunk areas in the series?

Speaking as a huge Bubblegum Crisis fan who's lived in the Tokyo area for 15 years, I'm sorry to say the series predates the trend of putting real world locations in anime, and so there's nothing really to recommend.
If it's any consolation, Landmark Tower in Yokohama, which was built in 1993, does have a very OVA-era anime aesthetic to it.
