Identify JR East Hikari train melody

I am looking for a clean file of this melody (my recording, obvs, from the train is not ideal) - I want to make this my ringtone. Please heeeelllllp! I recorded this on a Hikari train from Tokyo to Nagano in January.

I put up the vid on youtube (not spam I swear!) and am hoping somebody can help me identify and find a file. I've listened to a zillion youtube vids and downloaded a number of archives and no luck so far :(

Maybe you have no luck because you search for the wrong train name... Hikari trains do not run between Tokyo and Nagano. (Do you mean Nagoya?)

Exactly sound quality was pretty bad, but it was very easy Q for me, you are lucky.
Just Shinkansen name is wrong, not Hikari, you took "Hokuriku Shinkansen W7 series".

The song title is "Hokuriku Roman(=Romance) 北陸ロマン" many uploaded on YouTube.

The original song (with lyrics) is created and sung by very famous big singer-song writer "Shinji Tanimura".
(His super big hit single "Subaru" is very famous even in most Asian countries.)
("Subaru" is star M45 name of "Pleiades", big motor company name "Subaru" also same origin)

So you took the shinkansen unit was not "JR-EAST E7 series", "W7 series" is.
(Do you remember which shinakansen name is? this is no important, though)

If amateurs see it will be mistaken as "Hikari" mostly,
bc it looks like normal blue seats of Tokaido Shinkansen ordinary seat cars,
(Hikari is "JR-Central" Shinkansen, N700 series units using)
Even in the first, I noticed that color of the wall are roof light are different from N700.

The content of the lyrics is a sorrow of adult woman's love song,
so it is not just "Let's go to the Hokuriku area!" like travel campaign.
However, it is difficult to translate it perfectly into English.

it is easy to search as word in Japanese "車内チャイム (shanai chime)" .
車内 means just "car inside" as cabin, trains and buses mainly.
Japanese Rail fans also like "発車メロディー (hassha = departure melody)".
