Which place to travel late June 2018? 2018/4/22 22:25
Hi,

We are planning a trip to Japan for the first time. Family of four (one is 6 mths pregnant and my mom 60 years of age). our travel date would be 21-26 June 2018.

We will fly from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We have few places in mind to visit (Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka) but not sure of the weather and need some recommendation on the itinerary. looking forward for some laid back holiday. even beach would be nice.

Also, we will be using public transports or tours.

Thank you

There is some pretty good info on monthly weather here: https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2273.html

Really, the weather is going to be very similar between all 2 areas mentioned. So probably decide based on what each has to do and see rather than weather.

With only five days, choose only one of those places to visit. You won't have time to see all 3, or even 2.

With 5 days and first time... just stick to Tokyo and nearby places as day trips such Yokohama, Kamakura/Enoshima, and maybe a day trip to Hakone/Lake Kawaguchiko if you have time.

You are also travelling with a pregnant woman and an elderly person so take it easy, there is no need to rush around and change hotels so often in 5 days!

Tokyo itself has more than enough to see and do.

If you're after a beach try Enoshima.

As for hotels, check websites like booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Japanican, etc...
