lost jr-pass

dear sir,
i have just lost my jr-pass on the limited express fujikawa 1 (on the way to kofu) at the fuji station.
do please recommend what should i do?
i have tried to speak with staff jr station, but he did not understand and can help. so i am on the way to shizuoka st. now.
