I am going Japan soon. Going to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hakone. Ifve already paid for the accommodation, JR pass, portable WiFi, flights.
I just want to know how much money to bring in yen. Going to be spending money on food, souvaniers, 2-3 nights of clubbing, entrance to attractions.

An impossible question to answer with such vague things as "food," "souvenirs," and "attractions. My idea of restraint might be going hog-wild in your eyes.

I generally agree with Winter Visitor. But, if you consider moon and sun constellation it might result also in Y87,362 or even Y 192,539 - so take care to bring some extra yen with you !

I did not bring any cash with me on my recent trip to Japan. Just bring your ATM card and credit card. Withdraw cash from Seven-Eleven ATM machines (they are everywhere, including airports) as you need them. Use credit cards where accepted.
