Nankai Limited Express Train 2018/5/14 17:08
This summer, we will be having a vacation in Osaka. Here's what we plan to do: After arriving at Kansai airport at around 2 pm, we plan to go straight to Rinku Premium Outlets via the Nankai Limited Express. Its just a five-minute ride so we could spend as much as 2 hours at Rinku. Afterwards, we plan to hop on the Nankai Limited Express again for Namba and have dinner in central Osaka.

So, here are the questions. First, is this itinerary doable? Second, would the tickets have to be bought separately (from KIX to Rinku and Rinku to Namba? I read that the one-way ticket costs Y1180. Does this include all the stops to Namba, whether you disembark or not?

Need to pay separately, either with paper tickets or IC card.

You should buy a "Rinku Premium Outlets Stopover Ticket".

If you take Nankai Limited Express (Rapiit), you must pay additional seat fee (limited express fee). Kansai Airport to Rinkutown 100 yen, Rinkutown to Namba (Nankai) 510 yen, beside the "fare". If you take Nankai Airport Express, you only pay for the "fare". If you buy Rinku Premium Outlets Stopover Ticket (one-way), this ticket covers only "fare" so you need to pay "seat fee" if you use Rapiit.
