Narita express shinjuku closed june 2

How do I get to the okubo station with narita express if the shinjuku station is closed? On June 2nd, the shinjuku station is scheduled to close for maintenance. I think I will have to take the chuo line. Can I pick that up st the Tokyo station?

Construction is done at Shibuya station, Yamanote line is not affected.
You can go without problems with any of the following.

a)
Take N'EX for Yokohama/Ofuna until Shinagawa station,
change to the Yamanote line (outer loop, via Shibuya).

Take Limo bus to Shinjuku station(bus terminal), change to the Yamanote line (outer loop).

change to the Yamanote line (inner loop, via Ikebukuro).

Large construction at Shibuya station is to move 350 m(meter) north than now,
divide(now "STEP 1") the platform where N'EX stops several times.
It is not completed in this large construction.
