Taking Haruka train with JR Kansai Area Pass

I am planning on traveling from Osaka (Tennoji station) to Kyoto and round trip to Nara.
I am thinking on purchasing 1 day JR Kansai Area Pass.
1. Can I purchase the pass at Tennoji JR station?
2. Can I use the pass for Haruka train from JR Tennoji to JR Kyoto station or does my travel has to originate at Kanzai airport?
3. Am I allowed to obtain both JR Kanzai Area Pass and JR Pass for entire system?

Yes to all, but the nationwide pass cannot be exchanged or purchased at Tennoji.
