Train Stations Exits for Book-Off

Hi, I wi making another trip to the outlets of Disk Union and Book off in Tokyo for my music hunting. I have managed to find out the nearest train station exits nearest to the Disk Union outlets I plan to visit but have no luck with Book off. They don't seem to give their email address. Hence, I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me the nearest train station exits to get to the following Book off outlets.
Ikebukuro
Shinjuku
Shimokitazawa
