My friend applied for COE by her supervisor and been waiting over 3 months already. She would like to quit the job and want to try for another company from Japan. But COE is still in progress and I'm afraid that would be difficult to do another process. Is that possible to cancel and apply another immediately? What if the supervisor is failed to cancel her application?
