Child of Japanese national visa 2018/6/21 01:47
I was born in the Philippines and lived there. My father is a Japanese and he acknowledges me but my parents are already divorced.
I graduated high school and I wish to continue my college in Phils. I had visited japan twice with a toursist visa and my mother wanted to bring me and live with her in japan (she's a permanent resident).
Can I still obtain the child of a Japanese national if I wish to go back in Japan even if I am over 18 yrs old?
CoE?

In principle, yes, you can; there is no age limit.
