See this link.

Briefly, follow the overhead signage, it will take some time, but less than 10 min walk.

Nankai Namba is for the Nankai Railway.
Namba subway is different.
Follow the signs from one to the other, you will be fine.

Basically yes. I don't know the "above ground level" building but I think you won't get bothered by this, since you will go down the underground and take the underground pass to subway Namba station which of course is underground. But note that it will take some walk, maybe 5 to 10 min.

From my understanding, all the Namba station are connected through underground, there are sighs to direct you.

When in the day is your plane scheduled to land?

what i have to do when i arrive at nankai namba so i can reach namba subway station?

The Nankai and subway platforms of Namba Stations
are both vertically and horizontally apart from each other.

Alternatively you can make two quicker transfers
at (NK05) Tengachaya (K20)
from Nankai to Osaka Metro (Sakaisuji Line)
and at (K19) Dobutsuen-mae (M22)
from Sakaisuji Line to Midosuji Line,
then disembark at (M21) Daikokucho.

Tengachaya transfer from Nankai to Osaka Metro
: The two station buildings are next to each other.
(1) Your train from the airport arrives at Track 4.
https://www.nankai.co.jp/library/traffic/station/tengachaya/images/kou...
(2) You can go down by elevator
to the Nankai inner concourse (2F).
(3) You pass through the Nankai exit gate.
(4) You can go down by escalator
to the subway outer concourse (1F).

(5) You pass through the Osaka Metro entrance gate.
(6) You can check on a signboard
the departure track of your Sakaisuji Line train.
(7) You can go down by elevator to the platform.

Dobutsuen-mae transfer
(1) Your Sakaisuji Line train from Tengachaya arrives at Track 2.
https://www.osakametro.co.jp/sp/station-guide/M/m22/img/station.png
(2) You can make a transfer via the slope which connects
the Sakaisuji Line concourse and the Midosuji Line platform for Track 2.
(3) Your Midosuji Line train for Daikokucho departs at Track 2.
