Hello, I'm wondering if there is any left luggage service at/near Sapporo Station? I am hoping to store a luggage for 4 days. Thank you.

Lockers only allow you to store for three days, and manned luggage storage is usually only for the day.
Where are you going to/from? You could send your luggage via takuhaibin, and you can determine what day you want the luggage delivered, up to 7 days.
