Narita Sky Access Line directly to Shimbashi? 2018/8/23 17:42
Keiseis "Fare table for Main Stations on the Narita Sky Access Line" shows "Shimbashi" as one Station on the line from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport and even gives a fare (Y 1.330) for this distance ... as I couldnLt find it anywhere else:
"Are there Trains of the LNarita Ky Access LineL that go directly to LShimbashi-StationL on their way to Haneda? Where can I get tickets for that destination?"

Get the ticket at the airport (I assume that is where you are starting), or use an IC card (SUICA, PASMO etc). Some trains require a simple transfer, others are direct.

Change dep date and time.

That train name "Keisei Access Express" is one of regular train, no need option fee.
Shimbashi station belongs with (Toei Subway) Asakusa line(= not Keisei),
but this train goes btw NRT and HND as direct train via Shimbashi everyday, no worry.
However, this train doesn't operate early morning and btw evening and last train on mid night.

Keisei Access Express using 4 different Rail comapanies similar commuter type cars, but no different.
Keisei, Hokuso, Toei and Keilyu are so.

You can purchase train ticket at NRT station vending machine,
bc train type is "Rapid(skip many stations)" but no "reserved seat" cars,
so you can not purchase and book it before arr on NRT.
IC cards "Suica(by JR-East)" or "PASMO(by Kessei is one of)" is easiest as prepaid.
Also you can find NRT station maps on NRT and Keisei Railway web, both have English pages.

If still wondering about railway, ask at Keisei in BLUE counter, http://www.keisei.co.jp/keisei/tetudou/skyliner/us/findus/index.php

RED is JR-East but using only in NRT, true company main color is "GREEN".

The direct Sky Access line only runs until late afternoon. After that it is faster and a bit more straight forward to take Skyliner to Nippori and transfer to Yamanote to Shimbashi.

Where exactly is your first destination?

Keisei Narita Sky Access Line
connects Narita Airport and (Keisei) Takasago Stations.
Shimbashi Station is not on Keisei lines.

That route map (which you see on the Keisei website)
is misleading;
the stations at the boundaries between lines
are not correctly indicated.

Some Keisei Access Express trains
go on Keisei lines until Oshiage Station
then continue as Toei Subway trains onto Asakusa Line,
making a stop at Shimbashi train.

When such a direct Keisei-Toei train is not available soon,
you can take a Keisei Access Express train
to (Keisei) Takasago Station or the next Aoto Station
and catch there a direct train for Shimbashi,
usually at the other track beside the same platform.

Depending on time zones,
you alternatively can get to Shimbashi on a JR Rapid train
which goes beyond Tokyo for Ofuna, Zushi, Yokosuka or Kurihama.

These Keisei | JR trains do not have seats to be reserved.
