Arriving at Haneda at 23pm 2018/9/3 04:55
We are arriving into Haneda at 23pm on a Sunday night (in 3 weeks time). How can we get in to Ginza in the best way? Is there public transport at that time, if so, for how long does it run (I mean if we get delayed...). We travel from Stockholm via Doha, so we come on international flights.
Thanks in advance!

On Sundays, the last monorail departs at 00:06. But if you want to go to subway Ginza station, you will need to take an earlier monorail. Where exactly in Ginza do you want to go?

Thanks, we booked a hostel in Ginza called The Prime Pod GINZA TOKYO. I have also booked an airport hotel at Haneda but haven't decided to stay there yet.
Are there any busses at that time of night?

The Prime Pod Ginza Tokyo is located near Higashi-ginza (East Ginza) station.

Using monorail and subway, you can reach there as follows (you have to take an earlier subway in order to transfer onto a subway):
(1) Take monorail from Haneda to Hamamatsucho (23:38 to 23:55)
(2) Transfer onto subway Asakusa Line and get off at Higashi-ginza (00:08 to 00:11)

If your flight arrives at 23:00, you better find another way.

There are limousine buses from Haneda to Ginza station at 1:15am and 2:00am, and probably earlier, so even if you miss the last monorail there are more chances to get to central Tokyo. You might have to take a short taxi ride for the last leg of the trip to the hotel, but it shouldn't be very expensive.

Of course an airport hotel is probably the safest bet, so you won't be worrying the whole trip about whether you'll make the last train or bus....
