TWP on JR Keihintohoku Line-Nigeshi Line? 2018/9/17 15:07
Hi there, I am going to Tokyo this coming December 2018. I plan to use Tokyo Wide Pass while I'm there. One of the many routes I'll be using is JR Keihintohoku Line-Nigeshi Line Rapid from Oimachi (JK19) to Ueno (JK30). Is Tokyo Wide Pass valid on this line? Thank you

A JR East pass is valid on JR East lines. Those stations are well within the three day pass area.
Look at the page/map for all the information you should need for the pass and it's coverage.

That section is covered by that pass,
but no "Negishi(NOT "Nigeshi") line" signs in this section, be careful.

JR Negishi line is not located in Tokyo, far from JR Yokohama station,
but same water-blue colors cars are using mostly as direct through service train.

Watch 54:10 to 1:18:05,
first part 0:00 to 32:35 is Negishi line,
you able to notice train announcement calling line name changed at 33:40.
