The basics, updated daily: https://www.japan-guide.com/news/0047.html1. Is public & railway transport resume?Yes, see details at the link above. 2. Which areas are not advise to visit? No tourist destination suffered any major damage, and they can all be visited. Only a small area around the epicenter suffered heavy damage, but it is not located along the path of tourists. 3. It safe for us to go ahead with our booked itinerary?Yes.
