The exact address is not published since it is a private residence (no tours). But it is about 4 houses north of Starbucks Kobe Nishi-maiko branch (address below). You can see it on google satellite map.
1 Chome-10-4 Nishimaiko, Tarumi-ku, Kōbe-shi, Hyōgo-ken 655-0048, Japan
There used to be 2 of them next to each other, buy one was dismantled around 2014.
