Hokkaido in early December

My husband and I is first time visiting Hokkaido from Malaysia from Nov 29 - Dec 8. Our interest is in beautiful scenery, nature, food and onsen. Just wondering if my itinerary is ok with easy accessibility to public transport as we are not used to -0 weather.

30 Nov Flight arrive at 8.05 am in Chitose airport. JR train to Sapporo. Stay in Hotel Gracery
1 Dec Sapporo - Day trip to Otaru
2 Dec Sapporo
3 Dec Sapporo to Lake Toya. Stay in Toya Kohantei Hotel
4 Dec Lake Toya to Sapporo
5 Dec Sapporo by train to Asahikawa and bus to Asahidake. Hotel Bear Monte
6 Dec Asahidake to Sapporo Hotel Gracery
7 Dec Sapporo
8 Dec Depart Chitose airport at 9.20 am. (to take earliest JR train to airport)

Is the Asahidake ropeway open during this period. Can you recommend where we can go on snow mobile, or dog sleding or just snow walking at this time. Please feel free to propose any changes.

Thanks for yr reply. But I hv check their website with pricing from june to Nov only. No prices in December at all. Where can I find prices please.
Is my itinerary ok and my hotels are near public transport cos we not used to minus 0 weather. Tk u

Unfortunately the ropeway is closed due to maintenance from 11th Nov to 10th Dec.
