Keisei Station to JR Ueno Station

I will be visiting Japan in November 2018 and its my first visit. Will be taking Keisei Skyliner from Narita to Keisei Station. Hotel is near JR Ueno station. I plan to walk from Keisei Station to JR Ueno Station using the street level. Can someone please help with the direction.

They are very close, as was said above. Just exist Keisei Ueno on the east side and start walking north. The road curves northeast and then you hit the south entrance to JR Ueno.

My only concern is that JR Ueno is quite a large station. So saying your hotel is "near" the station doesn't mean too much. If it is near the North end of the station, you could still have a 15 minute walk.

I would use your favorite map site/app to calculate walking directions directly to your hotel.

"Keisei" refers to Keisei Electric Railway Company.

From Keisei Ueno Station,
depending on the location of your hotel,
you may have to walk for more than 800 meters.

You can get off a Keisei Skyliner train
at Nippori Station,
where you can make a quick transfer to JR
via the Keisei-JR transfer gate.
A train departing at Track 9 or 10
soon brings you to Ueno Station in several minutes,
arriving at Track 3 or 4.
(A Suica Card or a PASMO Card is acceptable on the JR leg.)
