who will be inspected upon naturalizing?

i am applying for Japanese nationality

my spouse is Japanese
i know that there will be interview for me and for my Japanese spouse, but my question is ,will there be investigation or phone call by moj to the parents of my Japanese spouse?

I can understand if there is doubt then they might do background check but does mean that they do interview with the Japanese spouse's parents or call them ?

well yes i gave contact information of them when i applied,because there was documents about the family in\outside Japan and i submitted (in the document there was sth to write about their names ,address , contact number etc )

I was worried if someone is not in good relationship with his spouse's family then during the naturlization application will it affect or not
