Half day trip gotemba premium outlet+hakone

Is possible with this itinerary :
- depart early morning from kamata station to gotemba station - gotemba premium outlet. Actually we just want to see this mall with viewing mount fuji in the background, not really for ahopping
- then we go to togendai station to enjoy the lake and hakone ropeway.
- back to shinjuku.....what is the fastest way?
Can we arrive in shinjuku station around 3 p.m if we start the trip on 7 a.m?
Can you suggest me the best way transportation?

No good starting at 7am is the shops don't open until 10 am. Kamata to the shops would take around 1h45m.
If you wanna be back in Shinjuku by 3pm, then I would omit gotemba.
