Car rental in Ishigaki Island

I will be leaving Ishigaki Island on Dec. 26, 2018 early morning by ANA flight dep. 08.10am to Naha but the car rental companies are not open before 08.00am in morning!
Seems they are not accepting car returning before or after off work ! Seemingly no key box services too!
Is that I have to return the car one day before my departure ?
The public bus seems not runing before 8:00am , the hotel does not have shuttle bus !
What transportation will be available at 6:00am in the morning ? How to book it ?
Please advise
