Hotel and transportation for 14 days

Hello we will go to japan from 19jan 2019- 2 feb 2019
Itin( 2 person ) :
Day 1 : arrive at kansai airport 10pm , go to hotel osaka
Day 2 : Osaka sigthseeing
Day 3 : Universal Studio Japan
Day 4 : From Osaka go to Kyoto
Day 5 : kyoto – nara ( 1 day trip )
Day 6 : kyoto
Day 7 : kyoto to nagoya
Day 8 : Nagoya ( any recommendation for hotel or where we should go?)
Day 9 : Nagoya to ShirakawaGo ( using klook 1 day trip ), the plan is use just one way trip and stay at ShirakawaGo ( or Kanazawa? Need advice )
Day 10: ShirakawaGo – Tokyo
Day 11 : KawaguchiGo ( using tour ?)
Day 12-13: Tokyo
Day 14 : Back to Home 9am ( Haneda Airport)

Need advice for transportation and some hotel or tour, is that itin still do able?

Remove Nagoya. Add more Kyoto.

I agree swap one day from Nagoya to Kyoto, or even both days.
Not sure what "Klook" tour you are getting, but transport to Shirakawa-go doesn't have to be on a tour.

If you hit the Shirakawago light up on your day 9, it will be very difficult to stay there or move to
Kanazawa after the light up. The Klook tour will go back to Nagoya before the light up.
