hello,
can you recommend some boat cruises around the shiretoko peninsula?
i would like to see cape shiretoko, the waterfalls on the way and bears.
when do the boats depart?

It was a few years ago when we took the tour. Could not remember exactly the name of the tour operator. We booked the tour from a small "shop" in Utoro. Utoro is a small town, you won't have any issue finding the shop. We had a fairly bad experience, no tour for 2 days while we were there due to bad weather. We were just lucky the weather got better on the third day/ our last day. When they announced the tour was on, we had no option, just took the first available tour ship, which turned out to be ok. However, the tour itself, frankly speaking, was not worth the "effort".
