Take ordinary (non-Shinkansen) trains via Kozu; Hyperdia is your friend.

You must pay separately the fare from Gotemba to Kozu (670 yen).

You can travel by JR Tōkaidō Main Line until Kōzu with JR TOKYO Wide Pass; you have to pay additionally for the section Kōzu -- Gotemba (670 yen per way) of JR Gotemba Line.

On JR Gotemba Line, trains are only infrequently available.

JR TOKYO Wide Pass is issued solely by JR East.

JR Gotemba Line (Kōzu -- Gotemba -- Numazu) is operated by JR Central, so is Tōkaidō Shinkansen (Tōkyō -- Shin-Yokohama -- Nagoya -- Kyōto -- Shin-Ōsaka); this pass is not valid there.

Regarding Fujikyu(ko) Railway (Ōtsuki -- Kawaguchiko), this pass basically covers its fees; few exceptions exist for specific trains or cars.

You cannot use this pass for any bus line.

For that route the 10,000 yen Tokyo Wide Pass is the wrong product.
