Need help translating this omikuji

Hello, I obtained this omikuji from Itsukushima Shrine. If anyone has information about what the shrine is dedicated to (example: shrine of luck, shrine of business, etc) and if someone can help me omikuji, I'd really appreciate it!

The results of Omikuji at Itsukushima Shrine are in 10 levels.
"吉" means "Blessing" or "Good Fortune".
This is the second best rank from the top.

"天先成兆" means as below,
It is good to be a leader, who stands on people. People will look up to the sky and honor the heavens, so you will be in a position to receive respect. However, it is sometimes impossible for people in the lower side to understand, sometimes being hated by various people's jealousy and things may not be achieved, but let's accept it for it.
