Hello.
I'm an Asian and I have a Visa Card. I've had many times to buy some goods from Amazon jp...
But now I wanna buy old goods because it's cheap.
I know Rakuman (Fril) and Mercari.
I also searched the methods to buy and have a question about purchasement.
(RAKUMA) International credit cards can be used? I've read that "From 2016, international credit cards is not acceptable"
But when I tried entering my Visa card. I was work and OK. Can I really purchase by this card?
One more problem is that Rakuma dont accept my romaji name in shipping address. But Katakana and Kanji is alright. (I use international shipping service so I need to fill "customer code" with Romaji.)
