Can i find a job in Tokyo?

I am a women 30 years old, married to a japanese man about a year ago.
I came to japan last year and stared working in factory.
I can speak japanese a little, but I can not express all I want to say, so sometimes it is hard.
My level of japan is okay for my job of now, but soon we will go to tokyo so I have to look for another job there, I am not sure I can coz i think I don't speak japanese good enough and also I just read few kanjis.
Do you think I can have chance to find job?
