Expired working holiday visa

Hi,
I'm a Canadian citizen and I have an unused expired Japan working holiday visa. I decided not to live in Japan and let it expire, however I will go to Japan this coming May for a short vacation and was wondering if my expired working holiday visa will hinder me from getting the visitors visa ? Also will I be able to still use my JR pass with the expired Visa?
Would appreciate all your insights on this matter.

This time you will be coming as a tourist and entering Japan on Temporary Visitor visa (given at the airport in the form of a stamp, for Canadian citizens), correct? Then it should be no problem. If asked, just say unfortunately you couldnft come to Japan at that time while the WH visa was valid; they will just give you the regular 90-day Temporary Visitor status.
