Can the Sunrise Izumo be boarded from Yokohama Station?

I see the time schedule and it says Yokohama (横浜) 22:24.

Wikipedia:

22:23 Arrival
22:24 Departure

or is it just a brief stop? And I should board from Tokyo Station?

1 minute is all you need to get on a train if you are standing at the right spot. So I dont see the problem of taking it in Yokohama.
I would do a reservation though.

Most trains only stop for around 90 seconds so there should be no issue boarding that or other trains in that time. The timetables for trains like the shinkansen actually run to the 1/2 minute, but most printed timetables only list to the closest minute.

You can not take it without seat reservation, even if you are a JRP holder.

If you already know the ticketing rule and want to buy a shower card at vending machine,
