Freelancing while working full time

Hi, I am currently on the specialist/humanities/international visa working full time in a company doing translation/interpretation work. I also am doing freelance as a tour guide occasionally. I know that tour guide kind of falls under the international category of the visa, so Ifve been under the assumption that there is no need to apply for the gpermission to engage in other activities...h Having said so I still feel a bit iffy whether or not I should inform the immigration bureau abt this? Would appreciate some sharing on this matter and a bit of advice from those who have experience doing a side gig along with their full time job. Thanks :)

assumption is a big mistake people make.
This is something you can not decide, if you doubt you should inform immigration to make sure you have no issues later.
