Clarifications about Kansai Thru Pass

Hi,
I'm trying to understand whether it worth buying the Kansai Thru Pass or not.
We plan 3 days :
Day 1- travel from Kyoto to Nara and back to Osaka.
Day 2-travel from Osaka to Mount koya and back
Day 3- travel from Osaka to Himeji and back
Also, does it worth in terms of the travel time as it is not includes the JR trains?

Private railway ro Nara is closer.
No JR to Koyasan.
So yes to me the pass looks good for you itinerary.
