Access Narita buses more frequently depart for Ginza.

then by the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line
to Ikebukuro Station (195yen, paid with IC card (#)).

In Ginza, you can find your way easily.
Just near Ginza Station bus stop of the Access Narita
is the elevator of subway Ginza Station
(mentioned by Luisjp)
to connect the unnumbered Entrance/Exit (between C5 and C7)
and the pathway for the Marunouchi Line.
Ikebukuro Station is at the end of the Marunouchi Line.
At Ikebukuro Station,
your train's Car No. 6, which is at the head,
is close to the elevator up for the concourse.
