Pasmo card at Narita airport

Can I top up my Pasmo card with exact quantity at Narita airport machine ? For example I have 350 yen in my card and to Narita is 960, can I put 610 in the machines of Narita ? ( some machines only accept 1000 or more).

If you want to only use the Pasmo for that one trip and have no balance on your card, you can scan the card at Narita and use the fare correction machine at your destination.

Now that I re-read your post, I see you want to arrive at Narita and have a zero balance when you leave the station. I assume you can, as I have used coins at Fare Adjustment machines.

If you use the "use coins only" option, you can feed in the correct amount you need. But you cannot put in a note and get change. From memory 1 and 5 yen coins cannot be used.

I used to use this option to get rid of all my coins while on my travels.
