From Student visa change to work visa

Hi all,
At present i am student in japan
. I want change my student visa to work visa. But i dont have graduation. But i have work experience almost 12 year in shipyard job as a macanical fitter / supervisor. All the certificat of experience i have with me. If i have work experience i can change my visa status?
