Keio and Waseda JLP admissions

Hi guys,
I just applied for Keio and Waseda JLP admissions. I am 44 and when I graduated 25 years ago my marks were C, so not very brilliant. Is it difficult to be admitted? What do they consider for the admission? Thank you!
