9 Day Itinerary January 2020

Hi! I'll be traveling to Japan, arrive at Kansai, Osaka and will depart from Haneda, Tokyo. I'm thinking of using Osaka Amazing Pass for 2 days, and use 7 days JR Pass Nationwide. I would like to have 2 days in Osaka and 4 days in Tokyo, and places that I would like to visit are Fushimi Inari, Arashiyama, Nabana No Sato, Shirakawago, Takayama, Disney Sea, and Fuji Q Highland.
I did make some rough itinerary, and here it is:
Day 1- (Arrive at Kansai in the morning - 9 a.m.) City tour in Osaka
Day 2- Osaka city tour
Day 3- Osaka - Kyoto(Fushimi Inari) - Nagoya (Nabana No Sato) - Osaka
Day 4 - Osaka - Kanazawa - Shirakawago - Takayama - Kanazawa
Day 5 - Kanazawa - Tokyo
Day 6 - FujiQ Highland
Day 7 - Tokyo
Day 8 - Tokyo Disney Sea
Day 9 - Tokyo ( Depart at Night)
I'm not really a person who stays in one place for a long time (except theme parks), maybe if I do stay in one place maybe for 1,5-2 hours/ place.
So, What do you think about the itinerary above? Do you think its possible to go with that itinerary ? Does it worth using Osaka Amazing Pass And JR pass?
Please do kindly advice and suggest, if you do have any other options and advices.
